Originals only - Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
The protection of Intellectual Property Rights is an important issue for Reed Exhibitions. Any exhibitor will be provided support and assistance on how to optimize the protection and to avoid copying of their products.
Reed Exhibitions strongly supports activities addressing the IPR problem and welcomes activities to improve the protection of Intellectual Property Rights in China.
(1)All exhibitors required to sign a“Original Designs Only”guarantee form before admitting the hall
(2) IPR Professional legal advice is available during the duration of the exhibition. There will be a service counter easily accessible for all exhibitors and visitors who need advice on IPR matters.
(3)Posters informing all exhibitors and visitors about the procedure of filing for IPR complaints will be put up during the exhibitions.
(4)A presentation by the legal advisor on IPR matters in China will be available during the onsite conference.
(5)Measures taken during the show :
- “No photography” annoucements made twice a day
- All visitors / exhibitors entering the hall will be tracked with photo identification system
- All exhibitors will be distributed with “No photography” signages to be displayed in their booths
